This page documents how Proseek collects SMS consent and what messages opted-in users receive. It exists as a public reference for mobile-carrier and Twilio A2P 10DLC reviewers verifying Proseek's Call-to-Action (CTA) and opt-in flow.
When you sign up, book a session, or register for an event on proseek.org, you may provide your mobile number and check an SMS consent box. The opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively check it to give consent. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any coaching service.
The consent disclosure shown next to the opt-in checkbox, in plain text, is:
I consent to receive text messages from Proseek. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. SMS Terms · Privacy Policy
"SMS Terms" and "Privacy Policy" are live links to the pages of the same name. Message frequency varies and is described, along with the full list of message types and HELP instructions, on the linked SMS Terms page.
This list matches the message types declared on Proseek's A2P 10DLC campaign filing.
No mobile information — including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent — is shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is disclosed only to the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf (our CRM and messaging platform provider, Flowpilot360, and our SMS infrastructure provider, Twilio) and the carriers necessary to deliver the messages you asked to receive. See our full Privacy Policy.
